10. That report normally describes the subject-matter of the proceedings, the forms of order sought, the aspects on which the parties are requested to concentrate in their oral arguments, the issues of fact and of law which need to be explored in greater depth etc., and indicates the time allowed for the opening arguments of the parties’ representatives. The Tribunal may also indicate its intention to examine the possibilities of an amicable settlement of the dispute at the hearing.
