11. The investigation revealed that Atlas had circumvented the anti-dumping measures in force through re-export, after a slight modification, of coumarin originating in the PRC.
12. During the same period Atlas increased substantially its purchase of coumarin originating in the PRC from 100 in the FY 2000/2001 to 1411 in the IP.
