If the vehicle is equipped with a pure electric mode, the discharge of the electrical energy storage device shall be achieved by driving the vehicle with the switch in pure electric position (on the test track, on a chassis dynamometer, etc.) at a steady speed corresponding to 70 % ± 5 % of the maximum speed indicated by manufacturer. Stopping the discharge occurs in any of the following situations:
