6. The provisions laid down in this Directive as to rights related to copyright should not prevent Member States from extending to those exclusive rights the presumption provided for in this Directive with regard to contracts concerning film production concluded individually or collectively by performers with a film producer.
7. Further down-stream, the investigation has also shown that close to 90 % of the PVB produced in the Community is consequently used for the production of PVB-film, which is also the eventual application by the user concerned (but it is not the only PVB-film producer in the Community).
8. Consequently, the measures imposed on imports originating in India were extended in November 2004 to imports of the same PET film consigned from Brazil and from Israel, whether declared as originating in Brazil or Israel or not, with the exception of those produced by a genuine Brazilian producer and a genuine Israeli producer.
9. In order to inform consumers of the meaning of the distinguishing number of the producer and the codes used where eggs are sold in bulk, it must be made compulsory to provide an explanation on large packs and other packs, such as those covered with plastic film, or on a separate notice.
10. The partial interim review of the anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film originating, inter alia, in India, normally declared under CN codes ex39206219 and ex39206290, insofar as these measures concern the Indian exporting producer Jindal Poly Films Limited, is hereby terminated.
