10. The Commission shall compile a list of the processing plants authorised by the responsible official body and convey that list to the Standing Committee on Plant Health and to the Member States.
11. Specific concentration or dilution factors for certain processing and/or mixing operations or for certain processed and/or composite products may be included in the list in Annex VI in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 45(2).
12. Two milk-processing establishments currently listed in Chapter II will process only compliant raw milk. These establishments should therefore be deleted from the list of Chapter II of the appendix to Annex VI.
