The SIRENE Bureau shall as far as possible be able to make available any information that was used to assess whether an alert for refusal of entry or stay be entered for a beneficiary of the Community right of free movement [22].
9. The Italian authorities had added that the aid could be received only by entities that had acquired a right to the aid prior to 21 November 1996 (the date of entry into force of Council Regulation (EC) No 2200/96 of 28 October 1996 on the common organisation of the market in fruit and vegetables [12], which replaced Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72), and had not forfeited that right.
10. Where a Member State is considering issuing a residence permit or other authorisation offering a right to stay to a third-country national who is the subject of an entry ban issued by another Member State, it shall first consult the Member State having issued the entry ban and shall take account of its interests in accordance with Article 25 of the Convention implementing the Schengen Agreement [12].
11. This right shall be subject to a maximum notice period of six months which may be given after an initial period of 18 months starting from the date of entry into force of the consortium agreement or the agreement to make a substantial new investment in the joint maritime service.

13. Where a Community plant variety right applied for or granted is concerned by bankruptcy or like proceedings, an entry to this effect shall be made, free of charge, in the Register for Community Plant Variety Rights at the request of the competent national authority.
14. Where entitlement to a Community plant variety right is validly transferred to another person for the purposes of the Office, that person may pursue the application of the first applicant as if it were his own, provided that he gives notice to this effect to the Office within one month of the entry of final judgment in the Register of Applications for Community plant variety rights.
15. When the quantities corresponding to a declaration of entry into storage have been exported, the operator shall have the right to payment of the refund on those quantities, provided that the other conditions of the Community rules on exports with a refund, in particular those laid down in Article 6 of Regulation (EEC) No 1964/82, in Article 21 and in Title IV of Regulation (EC) No 800/1999, have been met.
