For engine systems requiring a reagent, each separate reagent tank installed on a vehicle shall include a means for taking a sample of any fluid inside the tank.
If the tank is only designed for installation on vehicles with a compression-ignition engine, the tank shall be filled with diesel fuel.
If the vehicle is driven by its own engine, the fuel tank shall be at least 90 % full.
If the vehicle is driven by its own engine, the fuel tank must be at least 90 per cent full.
