7. ‘Fresh poultry meat’ means the edible parts of farmed birds, including birds that are not considered as domestic but which are farmed as domestic animals, with the exception of ratites, which have not undergone any treatment other than cold treatment to ensure preservation; vacuum-wrapped meat or meat wrapped in a controlled atmosphere must also be accompanied by a certificate in accordance with this model.It includes farmed wild game-bird meat as defined in Decision 2006/696/EC (as last amended).
