The maximum number of days a fishing vessel flying the flag of Belgium and carrying on board beam trawls listed in point 4.1.b.ii, 4.1.b.iii and 4.1.b.iv of Annex IIA to Regulation (EC) No 41/2007 may be present in the ICES zones IV, VIIa and VIId, as laid down in Table I of that Annex for cases in which no special condition listed in point 8.1 of the same Annex applies, shall be increased by 16 days at sea.
    13. Having regard to points 4.a.v and 8.1(h) of Annex IIA to Regulation (EC) No 51/2006, vessels flying the flag from the United Kingdom, Denmark or Germany and carrying on board trawls, Danish seines or similar gears, except beam trawls, of mesh size equal to or greater than 120 mm shall benefit from the allocation of days laid down in point 8.1.(h) and the corresponding line of Table I in point 13 of Annex IIA.
    14. To the 192 maximum number of days a fishing vessel flying the flag of the United Kingdom and carrying on board beam trawls of mesh size equal to or greater than 80 mm may be present in ICES division VIIe, as laid down in table I of Annex IIC to Regulation (EC) No 40/2008, 28 days shall be added. The number of 192 shall thus be amended to 220.
    15. The maximum number of days a fishing vessel flying the flag of the Netherlands and carrying on board beam trawls of groupings of fishing gears, mentioned in points 4.b.i, 4.b.ii, 4.b.iii or 4.b.iv of Annex IIA to Regulation (EC) No 51/2006 and subject to the special conditions laid down in point 8.1.(c), 8.1.(i) and 8.1.(e) of that Annex, may be present in the Skagerrak, Area IV and Division IIa (EC waters), in Division VIIa and in Division VIa as laid down in Table I of that annex, shall be amended to 177 days per year.
