  7. Specific additional requirements needed in the case of exports to Member States or parts of Member States within the EC with Community approved free status or control and eradication programmes (additional guarantees) as regards spring viraemia of carp (SVC), infectious pancreatic necrosis (IPN), and/or bacterial kidney disease (BKD), according to Commission Decision 2004/453/EC.
