The diagram referred to in point (1)(a) of Part 1 shall indicate the location of all types of poultry or other captive birds, including the pure line breeders, the great-grandparents, grandparents, parents and production animals, as well as flocks, hatcheries, rearing sites, laying sites, trial sites, egg stores and all places where eggs or birds are kept; it shall indicate the flows of commodities between those locations.
10. In application of the provisions of Article 8(3) of the DFE Ordinance of 23 November 2005 on hygiene during the slaughter of livestock (OHyAb; RS 817.190.1) and Article 9(8) of the DFI Ordinance of 23 November 2005 on foodstuffs of animal origin (RS 817.022.108), these carcasses and meat of domestic swine kept for fattening and slaughter as well as meat preparations, meat products and derived processed products thereof shall be marked with a special health stamp in accordance with the model specified in the last subparagraph of Annex 9 to the DFE Ordinance of 23 November 2005 on hygiene during the slaughter of livestock (OhyAb; RS 817.190.1).

These limits shall be regarded as kept, if the polycyclic aromatics (PCA) extract is less than 3 % by weight as measured by the Institute of Petroleum standard IP346: 1998 (Determination of PCA in unused lubricating base oils and asphaltene free petroleum fractions — Dimethyl sulphoxide extraction refractive index method), provided that compliance with the limit values of BaP and of the listed PAHs, as well as the correlation of the measured values with the PCA extract, is controlled by the manufacturer or importer every six months or after each major operational change, whichever is earlier.

13. susceptible wood, in the form of dunnage, spacers and bearers, including that which has not kept its natural round surface, as well as in the form of packing cases, boxes, crates, drums and similar packings, pallets, box pallets and other load boards, pallet collars, whether or not actually in use in the transport of objects of all kinds, that wood shall be subject to one of the approved measures as specified in Annex I to the FAO International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures No 15 on Guidelines for regulating wood packaging material in international trade.

In application of the provisions of subparagraph 3(a) of Article 8 of the DFE Ordonnance on hygiene during the slaughter of livestock (RS 817.190.1) and of the seventh subparagraph of Article 9 of the DFI Ordonnance on foodstuffs of animal origin (RS 817.022.108), these carcasses and meat of domestic swine kept for fattening and slaughter as well as meat preparations, meat products and derived processed products shall be marked with a special health stamp in accordance with the model specified in the second subparagraph of Annex 9 to the DFE Ordonnance on hygiene during the slaughter of livestock (RS 817.190.1).
15. At the moment Decision 2006/133/EC does not provide for requirements to be applied on movements of susceptible wood, originating in areas other than the demarcated areas in the form of dunnage, spacers and bearers, including that which has not kept its natural round surface, as well as in the form of packing cases, boxes, crates, drums and similar packings, pallets, box pallets and other load boards, pallet collars, whether or not actually in use in the transport of objects of all kinds (hereafter ‘susceptible wood packaging material’) from the demarcated areas to other areas in Member States or in third countries as well as movement of these materials from part of the demarcated area in which PWN is known to occur to the part of the demarcated area designated as buffer zone.
